The new committee will need to register all competing athletes over 11 by then.<\/p>\n<p>If you are an athlete who is not a member of the club and therefore not registered with EA in 2020 by the Membership Secretary, then you will be ineligible for competition until the new committee sorts out registration for you.<\/p>\n<p>If you decide that you need to move clubs, there is a procedure to follow, all clearly set out on the England Athletics website. This can be done at any time and only takes a few days.
