Charlotte has been on fire this year. She blazed through the 60m in Sheffield on February 3rd, crossing the finish line in just 7.73 seconds. And let’s not forget her outstanding 400m run at the BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) event in Manchester on May 6th, where she posted a lightning-fast time of 54.66 seconds.

And here’s the cherry on top: Charlotte’s 11.82-second sprint at the North East Championships was a stunner. Although it was wind-assisted (WA), it would have also been a club record.

The wind whispered secrets to her—secrets of speed, of breaking barriers. And Sophie? She listened. Her legs spun like turbine blades, propelling her toward immortality. The finish line? A mere formality.
3.  43.46 Seconds: MSV on 13th August 2023 witnessed Sophie’s encore. Imagine the sun dipping below the horizon, casting a golden glow on the track. Sophie’s determination burned brighter.
