Well done to the clubs 2 athletes that competed today at the Indoor Championships, Emma Sedgwick and William Firman.

The event also marked a special occasion for the club, with the belated presentation of an English Athletics North East Inspirational Official of the Year award to Marino. Marino has been an invaluable team member of Middlesbrough AC for many years.

The results of the NECAA Indoor Field Championships are now available online here, and MAC are proud to see two of their athletes achieving great results. Congratulations to Emma and William for their success, and to Marino for his award.

Well done to Emma Sedgwick our club’s only entry into the NECAA Indoor Pentathlon, Emma just missed out on a medal ranked 5th in the North East massing a finishing total of 2764 points. Emma now stands 4th in the club records for the U17W Indoor Pentathlon.
